Once your ticket has been booked, you will be contacted to reserve your booking time on the day. Feel free to reply directly with your requested time so we can allocate the best time possible for you.

On the day of service, please arrive with your child hair freshly washed and brushed with no ties or clips.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARRIVE AT YOUR SCHEDULED BOOKED TIME TO ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME TO COMPLETE THE BRAIDS BEFORE THE NEXT BOOKING.
